This task is the last of 3 journals where you record your thoughts as you work through the material and build your projects. Keep in mind that journals are a record of your experiences, ideas, and reflections that have been maintained regularly. The important point is to jot down observations every few days rather than waiting to remember 3 weeks ago.
Please notice that this journal is due on the last Friday in the quarter.
In preparation for your reflection look at the key questions for each week. Can you answer them? Honestly? Could you describe them to someone else? If not, did you ask the instructor for help?
Reflect on the questions. Consider these questions from your experiences in studying the material and working in your group. Do your experiences in thinking about these questions relate to other experiences you've had? Describe how your understanding with respect to these ideas has been altered.
There is an important addition to this set of records which is why there are some extra points this time.
- Reflect on the entire course. Maybe something you thought 6 weeks ago you no longer see the same way.
How to proceed: Record and date your thoughts as you perform the different activities for the project. Share any insights or suggestions! Collect them into a single file as you reflect on what you have been doing and learning. Submit your journal as a pdf file here in Canvas.
Here is a draft rubric, please let me know if you found it helpful or why not:
For this journal in particular please let me know any or all of the following or related thoughts you have:
